Shipping, Returns & Policies
RETURN POLICY
All of our products are custom made to order. For this reason, all sales are considered final. With the exception of products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are unable to accept returns. Items that are damaged or defective (i.e. faulty printing, tears, holes etc.) are eligible for replacement with the same item in the same size and color. Incorrect items will be replaced with the correct item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to a change in desired size, color, or chosen design. We strive to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase, however, our production and distribution logistics limit our ability to accommodate returns.
If you would like to return an item meeting the aforementioned qualifications, please contact us to initiate this process. Please click here to message Downtown Disciple directly, and we'll get back to you shortly. In the body of your message, please include your order number as well as a description of the issue. Customers have approximately 7 calendar days from date of receiving the package to notify us of the defect.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To minimize wait time, production of your order begins immediately after payment is received. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders after having received payment. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
SHIPPING
Please note some items may ship and arrive separately. We recognize that shipping companies and post offices encounter shipping issues related to lost, stolen, and/or delayed packages. We also recognize some customers accidentally provide us incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Unfortunately, these issues are outside of our sphere of influence. We cannot be held responsible in the instance that there are issues related to the shipping provider or address supplied. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but cannot be found in reality - it is the responsibility of the shipping provider to supply you a solution. We strongly recommend that someone be physically present at the time of estimated delivery so that it can be received without issue.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
In some instances, items received may have graphics and/or text slightly larger or smaller than those depicted on our website. This is not considered a defect in quality or product, but rather, a limitation of digital mockups. The same extends to product colors - colors may not be exact, but extremely close to those depicted. Varying screen resolutions may impact the visibility of colors.
Additionally, please note our clothing is produced using a direct to garment ink technique. White text on darker colored fabrics may faintly show the darker colored fabric through the text design. This is not considered a product defect.
